The boutique manufacturer that turns your idea into a product.
Mechatree is an engineering and boutique manufacturing studio based in Ankara, Turkey. We build prototypes and small batches of 1–15 units in our own workshop, and coordinate larger runs and specialist processes end to end as your single point of contact. Electronics, mechanics and software come from the same team.
Who is it for?
- Founders and independent inventors who want to take an idea to a working prototype and a first sellable batch.
- Small and mid-sized companies developing a new product, fixture or device without hiring a full engineering team.
- R&D teams needing prototypes, test rigs or demo units.
- Teams with a finished design who want one accountable partner for manufacturing.

Frequently asked questions
How many units can you produce?
We build prototypes and boutique runs of 1 to 15 units in our own workshop. For production above 15 units we prepare the design and manufacturing files and coordinate trusted suppliers — you keep working with a single point of contact.
Which materials do you work with?
No restriction: from engineering plastics and resins to aluminium, steel and stainless steel. We pick the material together based on use conditions, quantity and budget.
What do you outsource?
PCB fabrication, CNC machining, plastic injection moulding, cutting (laser, waterjet, etc.), sheet-metal bending and any production run above 15 units go to specialist suppliers. Supplier selection, manufacturing files, follow-up and incoming inspection are our responsibility.
I only have an idea. Can we still start?
Yes. An idea on paper is enough. In a free first call we define the need together, then send a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal.
My design is ready. Can I order production only?
Yes. If you have CAD, Gerber or BOM files we run a design-for-manufacturing (DFM) review, suggest fixes if needed and move straight to production.
Do I need separate firms for electronics, mechanics and software?
No. We deliver all three disciplines under one contract with one contact; making the parts fit together is our job.
Do you work with clients outside Turkey?
Yes. Our workshop is in Ankara, Turkey; we work remotely in English and Turkish and ship parts internationally.
